Since offers downloadable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is complete and the product download link is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this policy upon purchasing any item at our website.

However, there may be exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Sample reasons include:

(a) the digital product is defective;
(b) non-delivery of the product;
(c) product is not-as-described

All claims must be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Customer must provide detailed, clear evidence on the claim. Complaints which are merely based on customer’s false wishes/expectations are not honored.

Requests for a refund are accepted through Contact Us within the period of 1 week after the order is placed. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms of Use/Privacy Policy.
